Permits are issued to reserve picnic areas, athletic fields, special events, weddings and for boating. Permits are available at the Department of Parks and Community Renewal office which is

Permits are given on a first come first serve basis when payment and driver's license is presented in person or through the mail. Reservations cannot be held in advance.
