Union County Freeholder Chester Holmes (L) listens as Union County Surrogate James LaCorte speaks to senior citizens about wills and probate on June 22 at the Rahway Senior Center during “Union County Day” in Rahway. The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders hosted “Union County Day” in Rahway featuring information seminars about county government services and concluded with public meetings of the Freeholder Board at Rahway City Hall.
