Playground areas in three Union County parks underwent renovations recently and now they are ready for summertime fun. The playgrounds at Warinanco Park in Roselle (above), Mattano Park in Elizabeth, and Phil Rizzuto Park on the border of Union and Elizabeth all have new bonded rubber safety surfaces and innovative kid-friendly equipment. The renovation projects were funded in part with grant money from GameTime, one of the leading playground equipment companies in the United States.
