Union County Freeholder Chairman Dan Sullivan (L), Vice Chairwoman Deborah Scanlon (3rd R) and Freeholder Bette Jane Kowalski (3rd L) present a check from the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders to the 2010 Union County St. Patrick’s Day Parade Grand Marshal Sister Marion Scranton (2nd L), General Chairman Jim Lowney (R) and Adjutant Kelly Scanlon (2nd R) during the parade committee’s annual Celebrity Bartenders party at the Kenilworth Veterans Center.
