County Environmental Health Act (CEHA)

The Union County CEHA Program is responsible for ensuring the compliance and enforcement of the state environmental regulations as required by the Department of Environmental Protection, County Environmental Health Act (CEHA) program. The primary responsibilities the Division of Environmental Health include responding to complaints regarding air pollution, solid waste, spills, hazardous material incidents and noise.
