The Union County Multi-Jurisdictional
Housing Rehabilitiation Program
is funded
by Union County with Community Development Block Grant Funds. The purpose of the program
is to help you rehabilitate your home.
The program is available to low and moderate income homeowners in Berkeley Heights, Clark, Cranford, Fanwood, Garwood, Hillside, Kenilworth, Mountainside, New Providence, Roselle, Roselle Park, Scotch Plains, Springfield, Summit
and Westfield.

 

Owner-occupied 1 and 2 family homes are eligible to participate in the program. This program offers a Deferred Payment Loan which is a non-interest bearing loan in which payment is deferred until the sale or transfer of the property.
